Pricing: Offers subject to change at any time without warning. Surcharge applies for extra thick hair. No other discounts applied to current specials. Concession rates do not apply. Half head foils is 20 foils in total. Style/trim is defined as a 1-2cm shortening on your current cut. Restyles will incur additional charges. Surcharges apply on weekends & public holidays ($10). Times indicated are approximate only, dependent on the current state of the hair, previous treatments/damage as well as the needs & wants of the individual client. No refunds for change of mind.

Cancellation Policy: 24 hour prior notification of cancellation necessary to avoid being charged a 50% service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the booked appointment. We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals -  following the grace period, we may not be able to accommodate the appointment, and the client remains liable for the time held for the service(s) booked. A Credit card / deposit is required to book an appointment over $150. We require contact details for all bookings under $100. By accepting an appointment & subsequent services with WAKHT, you understand that you are booking the services without a complimentary consultation, and will be responsible for the services that you book and the prices associated with same. WAKHT can provide a scheduled consultation free of charge if you require professional guidance on which services to book.

Refunds & Adjustments Policy: All service adjustments must be performed within 1 week of initial appointment or additional charges may be apply. As per manufacturing policies, a patch test is required to be performed to avoid allergic reactions (24 hrs prior). It is the client's responsibility to inform staff of any previous allergic experiences prior to receiving any treatments or services, otherwise an indemnity form will need to be signed in store prior to appointment/application. Except for replacing faulty products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on salon services, gift certificates, or retail products unless Professional brands accept refunds. All sales are final, no refunds on change of mind. We offer a 2 week grace period/guarantee on initial appointments and, where deemed appropriate by salon staff, we will offer a re-do, replace or refund(cash) on labour services and full refund(credit) on product services. Whilst our professionals do their best to meet your hair design vision, there are reasons behind why some services will not turn out as intended. We will do our best to predict these issues, but hair is unpredictable in nature and therefore a discrepancy with your services may be investigated before a final decision. If at any point you are overruling a professional on any trade techniques, and are subsequently unhappy with the final result, we reserve the right to decline any grace periods, guarantees, refunds and alternatives as outlined in this policy.

Personal Belongings: Any personal items brought to the salon are the responsibility of the client in the event they are damaged or lost. Whilst all care is taken, products & chemicals can affect clothing during the course of basin or chemical treatment services, so please remember to wear clothes that you are willing to accept incurring damage.
